Yesterday we celebrated our 90th anniversary in fine fashion! Pupils from Reception to Year 6 from both of our preparatory school locations joined the senior school students for an exciting photo opportunity that will be shared with parents in the coming weeks.
Children then stayed for a commemorative assembly heading up by Dr Luker before sitting down, young and old, in the recently name Hanson Hall to share a picnic lunch provided by our wonderful catering staff before finally heading back to their respective settings to finish the day.
It is not very often that we get so many of our prep-school students at the senior school at one time and it was a pleasure to see our older students chatting and interacting with our youngest.
The day was topped off by a wonderful Alumni event lead by the Friends of Highclare School with an incredible turnout! Old (and not so old) Highclarians met with staff members, parents and governors to talk all things Highclare and share the fondest of memories.
