We are excited to launch the annual Highclare Junior English Creative Writing Competition
The Highclare Senior School English department, invites all potential authors in Yr3 to Yr6 to take part in our exciting creative writing competition.
This year we would like students to write a poem about a significant person from the BAME community. Pupils should start by researching a significant figure that many people may not be aware of.

Please send your piece of creative writing to Highclare School at the school’s address to arrive no later than Friday 16 October 2020. Entries should be submitted using the entry form.
