On Thursday 21 November U5 pupils visited the WorldSkills UK LIVE Exhibition at the NEC.
Students could visit various stands and talks where they would obtain information on possible fields of work and businesses. You could obtain valuable information about the different industry sectors including Health, Hospitality & Lifestyle, Construction & Infrastructure, Engineering & Technology, Digital, Business & Creative.
A plethora of businesses and companies appeared there including Airbus, Bam, Citb and Toyota. It was overall a very informative experience that I believe every student should be given the opportunity to attend. It gave me some more insight into my potential career options. Gracious Kamangira
