J2 Recreate the Great Fire of London

Posted: 8th March 2013

J2 have been learning all about the great fire of London. They all found it really interesting. Samuel Pepys came to visit and told us all about the diary he kept during the great fire. This enabled historians to learn all about the fire. In art J2 built houses out of boxes and made their own Pudding Lane, which is where the fire started.
The children then had great fun setting it up on the playground.
Our caretaker very kindly came out and set our boxes on fire.
WOW!  The children had created their own fire of London at Woodfield.
