J2 students enjoyed a visit to Waterstones for an audience with the author, Philip Ardagh. He read passages from his latest book and answered the children’s questions. J2 were then able to purchase a signed copy of his book. Thank you to Waterstones for making this a fun day.
In December L5 & U5 GCSE Spanish groups went out for lunch at a new tapas restaurant in Sutton Coldfield. J5 and J6 took part in Young Voices at The LG Arena. Over 40 schools took part and wore matching Young Voices t-shirts so we sang together as one. The atmosphere was magical as we all sang with enthusiasm and coordinating dance moves. The day was long but extremely inspiring and very enjoyable.
