Purchase Ordering (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term Contract until April 2024)

We are seeking an Administrator/Finance Officer to provide support to the school’s Finance Department with purchase ordering. The post holder will be responsible for placing orders for teaching materials, general supplies and other items for the school. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.

This position is 22.5 hours (3 days) per week, term time + 2 weeks during school holidays (days spread throughout the academic year). Flexibility of days can be negotiated during interview. This is a fixed term position until April 2024.
