We are seeking to recruit a Learning Mentor to join our Senior School Learning Support department to provide emotional coaching and academic support to an individual with an Education Health Care Plan.

Applicants should be qualified to a minimum of HLTA, or equivalent, with experience of working in a secondary school environment and working with class teachers to adapt resources / the curriculum up to GCSE level to meet needs. Part of the role may include liaising with specialist providers such as occupational/speech and language therapists, and the delivery of their programme.

This is a full-time post, 08:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, on a rolling fixed term contract until 31 August 2027 in the first instance.

This position is attached to a funded student. In the unlikely event that the student were to leave Highclare School, it could be subject to early termination.
