Parent Information
The school keeps parents informed about all school activities through the regular weekly school newsletter and the Parent Portal. The weekly school newsletter is published in electronic format each Thursday.
In addition, the school’s virtual learning environment, known as Highclare Virtual, has become a well-established source of communication between teacher and learner and also a useful link for parents with regards to events, procedures and trips.
To access the Highclare Virtual all you have to do is click here. This will enable parents to access the pupil-specific information available on aspects such as attendance and the timetable. In addition to this you will be able to find generic information relating to the wider life of the school.
Please do not hesitate to contact our ICT support team if you have any problems accessing Highclare Virtual.
Please ensure that the school is notified immediately if any of your contact details change. There is a facility to update your details on Highclare Virtual.
