Year 3 and Year 4 pupils at Highclare School, Woodfield, took to the stage this week to perform the hit musical ‘ Oliver’

Many weeks of joining the after-school Junior Drama Club ensured that all the children were well rehearsed and prepared for their roles which they portrayed with enthusiasm and gusto.

The all-inclusive performances showcased a variety of talents with one pupil writing in her evaluation  “It’ s my time to shine”.     Mrs Lin Jude, Head of Highclare School, Woodfield commented  “it has been wonderful watching all our pupils gain confidence and self-esteem and it is indeed the perfect opportunity for everyone to shine.   We are very proud of them all”.

The Juniors at Highclare School, Woodfield followed their 3 separate performances of ‘Oliver’ with their very own ‘Oscars’ Ceremony on Friday, which applauded and acknowledged all the pupils for their amazing endeavours.
