Matthew, the biggest loser at school joins too and unexpectedly saves Anton’s life. An unlikely friendship forms and Anton finds himself questioning everything he thought was important.

This debut novel will appeal to younger teen readers. It is a pacy fantasy about two communities, the rich roofsiders and the poor cobblesiders. When Bear discovers that the governors of the town of Calleston are corrupt, he must find a way to prove them guilty in order to save the townsfolk and his friends.
