Mrs Bennett’s Bulletin, Tuesday 14th June 2022

Posted: 15th June 2022

Good morning, Prep School family,

I hope you are all well and looking forward to some sunshine this week. . . hotter than Hawaii I heard on the news this morning so do not forget your hats, sun cream and lots of water!

Just a short one from me this week. I’ll leave this one with you to ponder. This is just as applicable to us adults as it is to the children in school.

“That looks heavy,” said Rabbit.

“What’s that?” asked Bear?

“Your thoughts,” replied Rabbit, “Let me hold them with you for a while.”

“Then we will both have heavy thoughts,” said Bear.

“No,” said Rabbit, “Between the both of us, they shouldn’t weigh nearly as much.”

Sending much love to those who are finding today, this week, month or year difficult.

Quote of the week: “Be the person who roots for others, who tells a stranger they look amazing and encourages others to believe in themselves and their dreams.”
