Over the weekend many of our members of staff came together to make their contributions to this year’s Highclare Hike. With efforts from various members of staff from across the schools adding their efforts to help us reach our goal of collectively walking the Jubilee Line in celebration of her majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Our goal was to collectively walk the entire length of the Jubilee Tube Line, a staggering 36km, over the weekend. Not only was this our special Highclare way of showing appreciation for The Queen but also an opportunity to raise some great money for four amazing charities: Shoe Aid, St Basils, The Trussell Trust and The Active Wellbeing Society.
Whilst this was a great way to celebrate The Queen, keep an eye out for other ways we are celebrating the Royal Jubilee.
