Following a very successful week of our Year 6 children presenting their young enterprise, we are delighted to let you know we have raised in excess of £4000 to be split between our chosen charities for this year. The children worked extremely hard and thoroughly enjoyed their experiences. Winners of the school raffle will be notified in due course and an overall total raised will be notified following the closing date of the raffle. Thank you for your contributions to these very worthy causes, without your generosity and support these events could not take place.
The Yr6P Enterprise week was very successful, with lots of money raised for the school charities and everyone had fun. The games were all great but ‘Beat the Goalie’ was particularly popular! Both our ‘Bring and Buy’ sales and ‘Pocket Money’ stalls were very well supported too. The younger children enjoyed a ‘Teddy Bear’s’ picnic. They played games and listened to a story teller and also had as a special teddy bear biscuit and a party bag to take home.
