J3 Trip To Four Oaks Methodist Church

Posted: 2nd May 2019

J3 recently visited Four Oaks Methodist Church as part of their religious studies.

Pupils were given a very warm welcome by Peter, our guide, who informed the children about the history of the church, including a wonderful tour, an opportunity to ask questions and an explanation of some  important features found within the Church.

The children also learnt about the different parts of the Bible, how the font is used during the Christening service and discussed the Easter story.  Pupils especially enjoyed completing a photo quiz of the Church, and even learnt a new song to conclude their visit.
