Well done to all our runners who survived a particularly muddy course at Bedstone College, Shropshire.
A special congratulations to those who won medals and those who finished in the top ten. They all now qualify to represent the Midlands at the ISA National Cross-Country Championships at the end of February at Princethorpe College.
