Highclare School English students entered a competition organised by Birmingham University to write a thank you letter. The school was asked to enter our top five responses and we were delighted to hear this week that 3 of our finalists: Jennifer U4, Joshua L4 and Harry U3, have all been chosen to attend the Thank You Letter Awards Ceremony at the University of Birmingham on the 10th March. There will be further prizes presented by a special guest and we look forward to writing more about it later on in March.
All in all, 10 students from Highclare will receive a £10 Amazon voucher for their letter and names will be announced on March 6th in the English department celebration assembly.
