‘Transition at St Paul's thoroughly enjoyed their end of year Graduation assembly. The children told their parents what they had most enjoyed doing in Transition and what they were looking forward to doing in Reception.
The children sang a medley of their favourite songs and recited a poem about moving on to Reception.
All of the children received a Graduation certificate and a small gift.’
