January Brings the Snow

Highclare School, Woodfield became a white, winter, wonderland on Friday 18th January, much to the delight of all pupils, some of whom had not experienced snow before!
Suitably clothed Junior pupils braved the snow for a short while and walked around the Woodfield site to admire the effect of the snow. They used the school camera to capture some excellent, evocative photographs and were delighted with the results.
Their observation of winter weather effects ended with a compulsory building of the Woodfield snowman before returning to their normal studies for the rest of the day.
