We are seeking an inspirational and experienced teacher to lead and oversee the Highclare Pre-Preparatory department. As a member of the Preparatory leadership team, the ideal candidate will support the Head of Preparatory School in leading and managing the aims and objectives of the Pre-Prep provision. This is a unique role as Highclare Pre-Preparatory School is split over two locations (Highclare St Paul’s and Highclare Woodfield).

To be considered for the post, you must hold QTS, ideally specific to Foundation Stage age group, or have experience working with young children, particularly aged 2-5 years old. Previous leadership level experience would be ideal. SEND knowledge is strongly desired, or willingness to undertake training.

The successful candidate will be supported by a strong team of experienced staff who are dedicated to maintaining our unique atmosphere and ethos.

The teaching requirement for this role is likely to be around 0.6 of full-time hours.
