Highclare Students Debate in the House of Commons

Five Highclare Senior School students were given a tour of the House of Commons and met with the speaker, John Bercow.  The students were chosen to represent the school as they have shown an interest in local political issues by attending the School Council, Debating Club and Inter-House Debating. They joined in a debate in the chamber with Jack Dromey, MP together with pupils from other Birmingham schools and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Mr Dromey commented on the excellent debating skills of the Highclare pupils.

Highclare School is proud to announce its newest Sixth Form Scholarship

Our Sixth Form Pre-Med Scholarship is now live for applicants to Highclare Sixth Form from September 2024 onwards.

The scholarship provides a bespoke programme for students aiming to enter university in September 2026 with a research-science based degree.
